Let the Rain Fall

I love the rain and I don't know why. I planned to study today but then again, I procrastinated again. But I did something else that's productive: I cleaned my room, which was also one of my agendas for today. I'm happy today and I can't really explain why. I had my prayer time with the wind blowing on my face. It was an awesome experience. I felt that God was embracing me with the strong breeze that touches me.

My touchpad and mouse are busted! Ate bought me a new one. My "bulilit" mouse. It is so cute and it's retractable, good for traveling. J I didn't do much today except for sleeping and this post is boring. I just want to share that I'm happy and the rain is really soothing my mind. J

Bubbly Keren is Back

Yesterday was. Ugh. Never mind. All I know is I have a good mood today. And I love being in a good mood. The day didn't started so good since I cried today, but then, it's ending quite so well. I'm happy and I love it because I'm happy. God touched my heart and healed my hurts that's why I'm happy now. J But I wasn't able to study today. L At least I had my scripture time and it made my heart so light. :D I love being with God and also missed that feeling.

I just wanted to blog. I'll sleep now. J

Starting from scratch

It's the last day of May. June will finally start tomorrow and I only have 14 days left to start studying and preparing for Atty. D. I badly need to start. And I will start tomorrow. I'll be restarting my scripture time also tomorrow. I'm very excited to establish my daily dates with God even for only 15minutes. There are a lot of people who were asking for my prayers and I'm really guilty for not being able to pray for them continuously because I myself doesn't have a prayer time. Anyway, I'll restart tomorrow. =)

I finally got the blogberry planner that I've been eyeing for since the start of May. I'm excited to write on it and plan my life. But more than planning, I need to execute those plans accurately. I can do this. =)

Ate rox and grax were with me at the feast. I wasn't able to bond with my YMPACT friends but I'm really happy that I finally brought ate rox to the feast. It's an achievement to bring friends to the Lord. I just want them to be blessed the way I am blessed.

I know there's something wrong with me now because all I want to do is to detach myself from everyone. I'm looking forward to be ok soon and bubbly Keren will be back. But for now, it's under renovation.

Keren is back to blogging!

Ever since I got my new laptop (baby ak!), I really wanted to start blogging again. But I'm too lazy to start. Lol. But then, bf is here, and that girl (who's very much addicted into blogging) told me that MS Word 2007 could be synced to my blog. So here I am, typing using MS Word 2007 and will be amazed later when I finally see this blog posted on the net. =)

Where should I start? A lot has been happening to me lately. I'm in my last year in college, my fifth year yet my year in Beda. I'm excited to graduate and become a CPA but I know that it will take me a lot of effort and stress this year. And I'm looking forward for it. Some of my classmates enrolled already in review schools for review of several subjects. I was a bit jealous because I wanted to review. But then, I realized that I don't need the review now especially I have to Atty. D's this semester.

I am really loving JPIA. I know that it will be a challenging task for me but I really love what I am doing. I just hope that I could be able serve in YMPACT and JPIA at the same time side by side with my deadly first semester. I'm just hoping and looking forward for the best. =)

Everything is falling into its perfect place. Study now, boys later. =D

he's just NOT into me... =p

I just come across a thought that maybe after all this time, he’s not just into me. If a guy is really into you, he’ll make things happen.

I just watched “He’s Just Not Into You”. I’ve been eyeing that book since last June 2007 when I was just finding out what do I really feel and weighing things if I should feel what I’m about to feel. I didn’t get the chance to grab a book, but I was fortunate to watch the movie.

Realization: I’m tired of all the lovelife drama (I know I’ve said it a lot of times already) and now I’m contemplating on all the things that have happened. I’m really done this time. I still like him though. But I guess this is what I get from having my phone snatched. *boom* =p

A not-so dreadful Thursday

My Thursdays are always deadly ever since the second semester started. Having three majors a day, 3 hours for advance accounting and 3 hours of law plus 1 ½ hours of finma, it was too much to handle. But yesterday Thursday was different and I felt superblessed. =)

I received my first 100 in advac. I badly needed that one because my grades are terrible. At least for now, my average went up a little. Finma as always, wasn’t that stressful. Ma’am jackqui is really one of the best professors I ever had. She never failed to amaze me. And atty. D. , he did not conduct a recitation yesterday. Things just got a little off the hand when sir llave got angry and asked atty d to give us a quiz on our second meeting for that day. But atty d is very considerate and gave us the example he gave us as our quiz.

It was JPIA’s testimonial dinner last night and sir Joseph of P&A talked to me. He texted me this morning and asked me if I was still available and he’s inviting me to be an ojt there. Weeh. Instant ojt! And I was really overwhelmed and flattered by the things they told me last night in our meeting after the dinner. I had an unplanned night out with my friends in Timog. It’s been a while since the last time we talked like that. I really had a great time conversing with them talking about life, school and love. I got home around 3am. =)

I really don’t know if it’s about my perspective on things or if it’s about my relationship with God that I see things a lot better right now. Everyday, I really feel superblessed. I guess God really blesses his children and everyday, He never failed to let me feel how much He loves me.

My 2009 is starting on the right path. I hope that this will continue. Superblessed. =)

Keren's Yearender Special

It’s not yet the last week of the year but since I’ll be busy in the next few days and before everyone else starts blogging and reminiscing about their own drama this year, let me start mine…

Bfr and I described this year as EXTREMES. I really thought that 2008 would be a good year for me. Since it has 8 and for Chinese, it means good vibes. Well I guess it’s not applicable to me since I’m not Chinese. (lol) It did bring extremely happy moments, but it also brought the saddest ones.

As much as I wanted to tell everything that happened to me this year, this space would not be enough. So let’s just summarize them as the TOP 20 lessons I’ve learned (relearned) this year…

1. God has reasons for everything. We may not understand it now, but in His own time, He’ll reveal everything. We just need to keep our faith in Him and trust Him.

“That in all things, God works for good to all those who love Him, those whom He has called according to His purpose” – Romans 8:28

2. God gave you friends to show how much He loves you especially during the most difficult times of your life. Nurture the friendship. Love your friends. (I love you friends!)

3. Love your life. Seize the day. Live your life to fullest! Live to love! Leave love.

4. Family sometimes falls apart when the one who puts it up leaves. =(

5. Everything is just about perspective. We must always see things on the brighter side.

6. Feel it, then let go. There’s no sense of holding on if it will only bring the worst of you.

7. First impressions don’t last. Allow time to work its way to know the person better. They have a lot more to offer. Just learn to open up a little.

8. Trust your gut-feel. =)

9. The people that you look up to are not perfect. They all have their own mischief. Just respect them for who they are even if it will shake your beliefs. (waah)

10. Idealism brings peace. It’s just that people love the norms more than what’s ideal.

11. You’re the pilot of your own life. You make your own choices. You must take control! Don’t blame the people around you nor the circumstances. It’s not their fault. Take responsibility for your actions.

12. Don’t put the blame on the girl, after all, it’s not her fault. It’s HIS. (diba???)

13. Procrastination loves your time. Don’t indulge too much or it will eat you.

14. Distance will never ever be a hindrance to a real friendship, ACCOUNTING will. (waah)

15. Girls are hopeless romantic. Nowadays, they prefer vampires over ordinary men because vampires know what FOREVER really means. (Lol)

16. You may always find someone new but true love will lead you back.

17. Trusting entails a lot of patience and practice. It can sometimes break your heart. =(

18. Sometimes, you need to eat your pride just to make someone stay. Or if they don’t, at least you know now how far you can go for love. (Lol )

19.Letting go is harder done than said. But moving forward is the hardest part of all.

20. It takes a great courage for one to stay and wait. But it takes a greater courage to walk away from the person you love dearly. Walking away doesn’t mean one stopped loving. It means that one’s tired of hoping for something that will never happen.

For all the tears, heartaches, ranting, laughs and smiles, 2008 was EXTREMELY EXTREMES.

I survived the wild and crazy ride of my 2008. I hope you did too!

Happy Holidays! =)

happiness

Thursday is happiness.

Friday is more happiness.

Saturday is most happiness.

Sunday is real happiness.

I never felt this happy for the past few months of my life and I hope that this feeling will last. I know that happiness is a choice. But having things to be happy about gives a different story and more happiness.

I’m happy. Really. =D
